joy!

first thing on a monday morning, for three hours, i have 16th century literature... she says, in her graham-norton-accentalike voice, that it'll help if we have an interest in history. i haven't frelling done history since year nine!! but i do vaguely recall doing something on the renaissance, and wasn't edward vi reigning around that time? after henry viii?? i can't remember...

anyway, should be interesting. but not fun first thing on a monday morning!!

we have a new girl in the flat, a first year in something to do with recruiting, called jackie. just met her in the kitchen, she seems nice. she's the one with the computer like mine.

meep! there's only two farscape's left! okay, so we got the final four before america. for some reason. they don't get them til april, BUT!!! they get season 4 almost immediately afterwards, and we have to wait another 9 frelling months before we get it. and you just KNOW the frelling cliffhanger is going to be evil...

oh well... i'll enjoy it while it lasts...

O.M.F.G!!!

"farscape". was gahhhh...

right, will try to be coherent...

first of all, i cannot frelling *believe* they killed crais!! i'd just begun to like him! and my jool/crais theory is now completely defunct, never mind... i *knew* he wouldn't really backstab them. still, at the start, i was chanting "kill crais", and by the end, it was more like "no, you can't frelling DO that!" it was all in his eyes - that crazy, glazed over, suicidal determination...

poor pilot!! that scene between him and pilot was heart-breaking!

somehow, i really don't think they've killed scorpius...

everyone appears to be leaving. this is not good, even though it does then mean that john and aeryn get the ship to themselves for a while...

however... if john succeeds in finding wormholes, will aeryn still be willing to go with him? she's with him all the way on this, obviously, and that final, unspoken scene was incredibly symbolic. wonder how they'll sort that one out...

music was fantastic!!! there was a definite sense of foreboding today that never really shifted. thursday's gonna be a killer...

the death of talyn. cruel! the body count is now way off the scale. it's also symbolic, again. everything aeryn had left to remind her of the good times with talynjohn are gone - talyn, crais, john himself. it's a clean slate, i suppose.

shippers, own up. you all thought he was going to say he loved her, too... it was all written on his face, and he knew it was a bad time. i must say, he's getting better... plus, i loved how he wouldn't believe crais until he was absolutely certain that aeryn did.

i'm still reeling, frankly. the finale is going to really hurt. a lot...

prepare for more random burblings on thursday. most likely in a most uncoherent fashion, too...
