Erik - blank

Possibly making a mountain out of a molehill, but...

...okay, yeah, bitching about me whilst I'm in the office? That's just unacceptable.

And it's still about that stupid admin meeting on Monday.

Apparently the fact that I brought up about Shafiq asking (no, not "demanding", that wasn't my wording as far as I remember) the minute takers to do LAC Reviews and some simple CP Reviews is now cause for discussion, since it's not my "place" to do so, because that's up to the minute-takers to do, as it's their workload.

No, sorry, I disagree. There are four people in the office, and everything that affects one person has a direct affect on everyone else, so I think I'm perfectly entitled to say something. In fact, I'm pretty sure management want an outside, more objective version of events rather than just what the minute-takers themselves say, as they're bound to exaggerate, intentionally or otherwise.

No, don't just apologise for talking about me while I'm in the room. Either have the common decency to wait until I'm not in the room - you had the entire of yesterday afternoon to do that - or just don't do it at all.

I wonder if that job's still going at Martineau Centre...?
