Well, clearly something I ate yesterday disagreed with me. I went to bed at 10.30 feeling sick and threw something up at about midnight after a brief nap... Oddly, I can usually figure out what's making me ill by thinking about what I've had during the day, as it's usually whatever makes me feel worse just by imagining it... but I lost track of what I had at Wing Wah yesterday, so I have no idea...
That's twice in as many weeks. But luckily both instances have been due to food-I-shouldn't-have eaten, rather than anything else. I hope.
Sorry, I guess nobody really wanted to know that.
I've had a chocolate-covered ginger nut for breakfast, though, and now feel a whole lot better. :D
