2x apples (I used braeburn)
2x large dollops of natural yogurt
About 1/2 a cup of apple & mango juice (mine was from Asda)
(Warning: requires smoothie maker)
Peel and slice apples and pear and place into smoothie maker with other ingredients. Turn to mush. Serve.
Not exactly complicated, though it took me several attempts and adding various liquidy things to make it work. A bit foamy but tasted lovely. It needs a name, though.
I also have a punnet of cranberries and blueberries in the fridge to use... ooh, and clementines. Orange & Cranberry surprise, I think. And there's that mixed grape juice in the fridge. Yum. More experimentation tonight, I think...
